The role of Marine Warranty Services (MWS) is one of the most important and often the most misunderstood on an offshore wind construction project. MWS ensures that all marine operations are carried out safely and within the boundaries of the various project warranties. The scope of responsibility is extensive with the goal to prevent damage to the structures and components being installed. The e-Poster will provide an overview of MWS, the responsibility and liability undertaken by Marine Warranty Surveyors on a project as well as risks to the project stakeholders when the marine operations are not planned properly.
