Paying people currently isn’t easy, but that doesn't mean it has to be hard. This presentation will review interesting data from the ongoing NCIA 2019 Compensation Survey, powered by FutureSense. The presenter will share interesting cannabis industry stats and how they compare to other high growth industries, like tech and life sciences.
 
He will also provide insight into how to set pay levels more confidently, and design incentive plans and grant equity in ways that investors, executives, and employees can all understand and value. Most importantly he will provide time for attendees to ask questions and field issues that are critical to their future success.
