CM4 | Applying an Injury-Specific Recovery Path to Resolve Complex Cases (Room Islander F-H)

Treating complex worker injuries with siloed products is a common practice, resulting in poor coordination of care and delayed recovery. In contrast, implementing a recovery path focusing on the injury, rather than products, leads to a holistic, worker-centric recovery strategy that decreases costs and injury durations. This presentation will include a look at applying predictive analytics and evidence-based care to further recovery goals and show how the strategy produces clinical resources beneficial for adjusters and case managers.
