Successfully returning an injured worker to the job requires strengthening the roles of the employer, insurer, and treating provider. The presenters will discuss developing job descriptions and implementing policies and procedures that help employers and doctors make safe return-to-work recommendations. They will also discuss accessing analytic tools and developing programs for evaluating fitness-for-duty and reviewing prescription medications to avoid negatively impacting functional abilities.
