Post offer employment testing is a valuable tool to help avoid injury risks, especially in today’s tight labor market. But regulatory constraints and recent Equal Employment Opportunity Commission challenges have amplified the importance of properly designing, implementing, and administering pre-employment screens. This presentation will review how an accommodation request impacts the process and whether employers can disregard a screening result and hire the applicant anyway.
