Election year politics will slow congressional output on the legislative front, but federal agencies and the judiciary will continue to generate rules and decisions that will impact the business climate and SPFA members. Possiblilities for progress could involve issues such as taxes, regulatory reform, immigration and workforce, and agencies including the Dept. of Labor, OSHA, EPA and the IRS.
