Practical Long Range Hunting (Room Seminar Room 2)

01 Feb 20
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Tracks: Long Range Shooting Series

Speaker(s): Cole McCulloch

In this session we'll examine the core components of Practical Long Range Hunting and how to handle Buck Fever!  You'll learn about how to take and make ethical hunting shots from 300 of 1000 yards in real conditions. We'll understand why a 300 to 600 yard shot presents a world of opportunity and what you can do to make these shots on command. We'll also look at the incredible advancements in field gear, optics and suppressors that make long range hunting and positional shooting more possible than ever. We'll then look deeper into what it takes to make “precision shots” at long ranges out to 1000 yards. At the conclusion of this seminar you’ll have an informed understanding of what it takes to make practical, real world precision shots at longer ranges. Whether you’re a marine veteran, army ranger, a law enforcement rifleman, hunter or a beginner just learning the rifle, this is a great place to receive “world class” long range skills and practical hunting best practices.
