This session will discuss some of the operational and regulatory changes the industry has made in response to the COVID pandemic. Discussion topics will include: Enhanced health and safety protocols once the pandemic has subsided; Challenges for surveillance and security staff; Employee health and welfare; Pandemic’s impact on the casino workforce; as well as Logistical changes to both gaming and non-gaming amenities, lodging, and entertainment. We’ll also discuss coordination with tribal, state and local governments and NIGC regulatory compliance.
