Preseason Booking Program Details: Preseason orders will automatically ship on the date agreed to and signed by retailer on preseason order form(s). Any and all changes to preseason orders must be made in writing and a minimum 15 days in advance to ship date. Should retailer change their preseason order during season, this may make discount reward(s) no longer applicable, thus creating a balance owed by retailer. During season, any additional boards desired by retailer that were not included in their preseason order will be rewarded their preseason discount, as long as retailer is not in default on their preseason order in any way. All preseason orders will ship between March 1st and July 31st – according to preseason order form agreement(s), as boards are available, with no exceptions. Should retailer still be owed boards after the date of July 31st and this is due to a delay on the part of the retailer, the retailer will no longer qualify for any discount rewards and will be invoiced for the balance of the original wholesale price of all boards received.
Shipping Details: ECS Boards Australia is committed to obtaining the lowest cost shipment for each order. Thus we work with a 3rd party quoting system that goes by shipping algorithms. This means our shipments will always be the lowest they can be. Average board shipment prices (based upon 5 or more boards) can be anywhere from $45 - $65 per board – still averaging out to be lower than most other manufacturers shipping costs.
