Prior to going to market for any Business it is important to obtain an assessment of value and uncover key attributes and risk factors about the Business.  That allows our Sellers to make an informed decision as to how to proceed. We offer a complementary Valuation for Business Owners who are seriously considering exiting and whose businesses have revenues between 1MM and 50MM.  We will:

• Review and recast Company financials and Tax Returns.

• Prepare an Opinion of Value Report using software that looks at the market based and DCF methods (This is only intended to stimulate conversation on possible market value the Company can be offered at).
