She is a Past President for the Texas County Purchasing Association (TCPA) and for the National Purchasing Institute (NPI). Ms. Fleming a certified trainer and teaches Supply Management as an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas and is an author of multiple articles published by the International Journal of Procurement Management.
