Harold (Hal) Good is an accomplished professional with over 30 years experience in procurement including 21 years as Director of Procurement and Contracting for the City of Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport. He began his career at New York University Langone Medical Center. Mr. Good is a past president of the Airport Purchasing Group (APG), National Procurement Institute (NPI), and the California Chapter of the National Institute of Government Purchasing, (NIGP). Hal has recently been a presenter at the CPO Rising summit in Boston where he led a discussion group on the subject: "How will the Internet Affect Procurement in the Next Five Years”. He is the behind the scenes curator for CAPPO's Twitter site as well as the site for the Pennsylvania Chapter of NIGP, (PAPPA).
