Ms. Santiestaben is the Deputy Labor Commissioner for the Public Works Unit at the California Labor Commissioner’s office, also known as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) in San Diego. Jessica completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at San Diego State University. She has over seventeen (17) years of experience with the state of California, with the last thirteen (13) years focusing on enforcing state law.
