Michael Martinet

Mr. Martinet, served as the Emergency Planning Manager for the City and County of San Francisco and as the Executive Director for the Office of Disaster Management for a consortium of 14 cities in Los Angeles County for 16 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Services Administration, and is a Certified Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Managers.
