Cynthia Duprey is a retired Public Purchasing Manager, of over 20 years in the Southern California area. Upon retirement, she worked part-time for 7 years as a consultant for various public agencies on a number of projects. Several years ago, she developed a proposal to involve and retain retired CAPPO members within the association. She is currently the CAPPO Chair for the Retiree Program.
