Adam has graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2009. Since 2008 he has worked at Wartsila, firstly as a sales support engineer, then business development manager, and finally as sales manager responsible for Poland and certain projects in the Baltic States. During his work Adam has analysed Polish power system in the context of suitability of gas-fuelled cogeneration for the Polish power market, and handled all the sales activity for Wartsila Power Plants in Poland. Except for his work at Wartsila, Adam is also employed at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he is a junior researcher and academic teacher. In 2013 Adam won a Highly Commended Paper award during the Power-Gen Europe conference in Cologne.
