Dr Reissner has a vast background on Air Quality Control (AQC) technologies. Since his research activities at the University of Technology in Graz in the Nineties he is working on dry and wet flue gas cleaning systems. In his position as Director Process Technology, his responsibility covers the process design of catalytic, dry and wet air quality control technologies. His department covers the process engineering, research & development, plant automation and commissioning. In his research & development group, product improvements and emerging technologies for AQC- systems are the main research topics e.g. FGDplus, Mercury Control and CO2- Scrubbing. Since May 2012, Dr Reissner is the chairman of the Flue Gas Cleaning Working Group of EPPSA
