Jantine Zwinkels, born in the Netherlands, has studied at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. During her studies, Public Administration with a minor in Geography and a specialisation in the ‘Governance and Management of Complex Systems’, she became interested in the different disciplines (e.g. financial, technical, legal and administrative) of sustainability and renewable energy. After her internship at Royal HaskoningDHV focusing on Stakeholder Management, she switched to the department of Sustainability of the same company. One of the projects she is currently working on, is the “Energy Fund Overijssel”. Energy Fund Overijssel (250 MEuro) is a revolving fund of the Province of Overijssel in The Netherlands, providing financial resources for businesses, housing corporations and other private initiatives to save or produce (renewable) energy. The Fund also supports other ambitions, such as stimulating employment, entrepreneurship and innovation in the region. Royal HaskoningDHV is managing partner together with ASN Bank and Start Green Venture Capital.
