Doug Sparks is the Executive Vice President of Hanking Electronics were he is working to start up a 200mm MEMS wafer fab and packaging facility in Shenyang, China. Prior to joining HKE he was the Executive Vice President at Integrated Sensing Systems, Inc. for 10 years where he directed the development of MEMS/microfluidic products. He also was the Founder and President of Nanogetters which offered vacuum packaging services for MEMS devices. He worked at Delphi Automotive System’s Delco Electronics Division for 17 years in the area of MEMS and integrated circuits. Doug has also published over 100 technical papers and has 47 patents.
