Daniel is a system professional in Wi-Fi and connectivity solutions with a strong technical background and over 10 years of experience in leading semiconductor companies. In his current role in Atmel, he is responsible for product management and the Wi-Fi product marketing organization, developing low power wireless transceivers and SoCs that are leveraged to create MCU-based solutions for IoT edge nodes. Formerly the WiLink™ Product Manager at TI, responsible for pre-sale activities as well as training and support for Business, Marketing and R&D teams worldwide. Daniel managed leading projects in connectivity and has proven experience in Chip design, SoC Architecture, System application and technical business Development. For more than a decade Daniel was instrumental in productizing some of the most-used communication technologies including Bluetooth/BLE, GPS, FM, Cellular and Wi-Fi for leading companies in the field.
