Mr. Jennings is the Senior Evaluator for the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He led OIG’s successful effort to establish an effective evaluation function, including implementation of Cooperative Audit Resolution and Oversight Initiative. He received several awards from the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency. Prior to working at the EEOC, he served numerous federal clients a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and provided reports to Congress and multiple federal agencies while working for the Government Accountability Office and the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Commerce.
