Ms. Monica Sartain is the Manager of Environmental Engineering for Power Consulting Associates, LLC based in Nashville, Tennessee. A Virginia Tech graduate, Ms. Sartain has fifteen (15) years of experience in the environmental and construction industry serving private, public, and government clients. Ms. Sartain also serves as Chair of the ASCE Tennessee Section Infrastructure Report Card Committee. In 2009 she led a state-wide, collaborative effort to evaluate the infrastructure needs within the state resulting in the first comprehensive assessment of the condition of the state’s infrastructure by engineers. Sartain has also been involved in grass-roots lobbying of elected officials in Washington, D.C. for infrastructure issues.
