Robert Huttenlocker has served as the Associate Deputy Administrator of the USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service’s (APHIS) Marketing and Regulatory Programs Business Services (MRPBS) since August 2012. Mr. Huttenlocker served as the Director of APHIS’ Investigative and Enforcement Services from November 2006 through August 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Huttenlocker held a variety of positions with USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service and Agricultural Marketing Service and the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Financial Management Service. Mr. Huttenlocker holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration Degree, both from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
