Connie Miconi, CGFM, is the Senior Advisor to the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Chief Financial Officer. She has served in a number of managerial and executive positions at USAID since 1991, including 12 years managing audit management, internal controls, performance reporting, and financial compliance. Prior to joining USAID, she managed security programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, and the Defense General Supply Center. Connie has served the federal government for 34 years. Connie holds a Global MBA from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Security and Public Safety from Virginia Commonwealth University. She divides her time between Baltimore and Florida with her husband, Gary.
