Jan has been Executive Director of the Northwest Hydroelectric Association for over 30 years. She has also been involved in the financing, permitting and construction of a small hydropower plant. She served in the Oregon Legislature, securing hydropower policy initiatives. She has a B.S. in Management and a Masters in Public Administration and was one of the Women with HydroVision selected in 2015.
