Benoît Papillon, Eng., M.Sc., has worked for ALSTOM since 1991 in hydraulic design. He is presently turbine hydro design expert at ALSTOM’s Sorel-Tracy engineering office. He has been involved in runner design for many major projects in North America. He is a member of the ASME PTC 18 committee.
