Terry Flores
Executive Director
Northwest River Partners
Terry Flores is Executive Director of Northwest River Partners, a non-profit organization representing electric utility, agriculture, ports and businesses in Columbia and Snake River salmon restoration efforts. The Partners’ mission is to promote hydroelectricity as the northwest’s foremost clean, reliable renewable resource and salmon recovery policies and actions that benefit salmon and the region’s economy. RiverPartners has been deeply involved in the litigation in U.S. Western District Court of Oregon over federal hydro system operations, working with a coalition of federal and state agencies and northwest tribes. Previously, Ms. Flores was Hydroelectric Licensing Director for PacifiCorp, a publicly held electric utility headquartered in Portland, Oregon, responsible for overseeing the company’s project relicensing activities. She has a BS degree in Ecosystems Management from Huxley College of Environmental Studies and a degree in Biology from Western Washington University.
