Matt has worked with hydro governors and control systems for 12 years. He has been directly involved in the management, design, construction, testing and commissioning of dozens of digital governor systems ranging from 1MW up to 450MW, including Francis, Kaplan, multi-needle impulse, and pumped storage units. Matt is currently the Engineering & Operations Manager for American Governor.
