Lisa is an associate vice president and international power sector lead at HDR, where she leads hydropower engineering and environmental projects. Before joining HDR she managed a hydraulic modeling laboratory, focused on applied research associated with hydropower projects. She has written several research papers on topics including fish passage, water quality, erosion, outlet towers, and spillway designs. Since 2005 Lisa has served on the Northwest Hydroelectric Association (NWHA) Board, and she serves on the Advisory Board for the HydroResearch Foundation. Lisa holds a both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Oregon State University, and she’s a Wharton Executive Education Aresty Scholar.
