David SCOTT, Eng., Ph.D., is a Hydraulic Research Engineer at the Alstom Global Technology Centre in Sustainable Hydro located in Sorel-Tracy, Canada. He joined the group in 2013 and has been involved in the development of innovative aeration solutions for increasing dissolved oxygen levels in the water passing through turbines.
