Christopher Ellis, Eng. Ph.D., is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Minnesota’s St. Anthony Falls Laboratory. Since 1984, he has been extensively involved in the design of experiments and measurement systems and in their implementation for many different hydraulic test systems.
