Anna Rakoczy

Anna M. Rakoczy is a Principal Investigator at Transportation Technology Center, Inc. She has over 7 years of research and academic experience. She earned her Ph. D. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in August 2012, and earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Technology and Live Science in Poland. Her main research interests include development of design and evaluation criteria for serviceability limit states for bridges, and extension of service life of railway bridges using reliability-based criteria. Dr. Rakoczy is currently a member of the TRB Standing Committee on Steel Bridges, a member of AREMA and ASCE.
