Zhengboyang Gao is currently pursuing his Master’s degree within the RailTEC Infrastructure group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2015. His research interests include quantifying the flexural capacity of concrete crossties and improving the design methodology of concrete crossties.
