Caroline Masser is a Project Manager in the Civil group at Clark Construction, one of the nation's leading general contractors based in Bethesda, Maryland. In her most recent role, she managed the design-build contract for the CSX National Gateway Initiative Phase 2 project, which is an ongoing program to introduce double stack service to CSX through West Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Caroline has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a licensed Professional Engineer. She joined Clark Construction in 2009 after graduation and has worked on a number of civil projects over the past 7 years.
