Bill Merritt is Director Site Design in the Regional Development Department for CSX Transportation in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to joining CSX in 2012, Bill worked for a railroad contractor as a construction superintendent and track designer for over 13 years in central Florida. Bill holds bachelor’s degrees in both Chemical and Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida.
