As the Manager of the Consumer Affairs and Supplemental Operations Review Teams, Ronnie is responsible for ensuring that Surebridge investigates and responds to complaints and appeals made by our consumers or the consumer's representative, oversee the activities of a team specializing in the investigation and detection of fraud, managing daily fraud risk monitoring of fraudulent and suspicious activities, identify and develop pre-emptive risk controls, and managing detailed analysis and other loss mitigating initiatives.
