Frank Sanders is Vice President in the Technology and Manufacturing Group and director of corporate strategic procurement at Intel Corporation. He leads the organization responsible for sourcing strategic capabilities for Intel in categories such as IT, sales and marketing, consulting, contingent workforce, third-party logistics, transportation, and employee benefits and travel. He is also responsible for Intel's Supplier Diversity Program. Since joining Intel in 1992, Sanders has held a variety of technical and business leadership roles. Before assuming his current position, he served as director of systems materials and outsource manufacturing. Sanders holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master's degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2012, Diversity MBA Magazine recognized him among its list of Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Emerging Leaders. In 2015, he led his organization to receive the Procurecon Excellence in Purchasing Indirect Categories Award.
