Jeff Morse

Jeff Morse is the Managing Director of the National Nanomanufacturing Network, an organization sponsored by the National Science Foundation through the Center for Hierarchical Manufacturing, at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Previously, Jeff was a Senior Scientist in the Center for Micro and Nano Technology at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He received his BS (1983) and MS (1985) Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a PhD (1992) in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. His interests and expertise includes semiconductor devices and physics, advanced micro/nanofabrication processes, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), biosensors, microfluidics, micro-power sources and fuel cells.
