Rey Rincon has over 35 years of Semiconductor test experience related with final test and probe hardware/technologies. He has worked for the following companies: Texas Instruments, K& S Test, Freescale and now NXP. Rey was also assigned to SEMATECH for 2 years as the Probe PTAB manager. Currently, he is the Probe Development Program manager at NXP. Rey has been associated with SWTW conference since 1998 and has been the Technical Chair for SWTW since 2008. He holds several US patents.
