Elmer has 14+ years’ experience helping small and large businesses improve the bottom line through innovative software and marketing techniques. He’s consulted to companies such as American Express, Accenture and Microsoft and brings deep technology and business expertise to the bar & nightlife industry. In 2013, Elmer led the software engineering team whose work was featured by InformationWeek in "20 Great Ideas to Steal In 2013". He grew his last company Phenom, a boutique consultancy, by 563% over a three year period which was recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc Magazine in 2014.
