In addition to pioneering and engineering the largest craft cocktail programs in the world at Coachella, Outside Lands, Bottlerock, FYF, Kaaboo, Electric Forest, CRRSD, Treasure Island Music Festival & TomorrowWorld every year, Shane McKnight curates and manages hundreds of other craft cocktail programs at other music festivals, venues, public events, clubs, bars, restaurants, universities, corporate events, private events & brand activations around the country. Top Hat Provisions is a San Francisco based craft beverage design, manufacturing & engineering company. We craft, package & ship deliciously balanced Craft Cocktail Concentrates for batching Draft Cocktail Programs. Ultimately it is their mission is to source, design, manufacture, deliver & activate the best craft mixers, elixirs & tonics in the world. They have activated hundreds of cocktail programs with their headliner, Top Hat Craft Ginger Beer Concentrate, which they have donated quite a bit of to help their spirit partners activate some delicious Craft on Draft Cocktail Programs at the Nightclub & Bar Show.
