With twelve years of bartending experience, Nick Houck is well-versed in the science behind the bar. Currently a bartender at The Aria, he won Bols Las Vegas Best Bartender in 2015 and invented the FlashPour,a pour spout designed to flash at a proper bartender count to allow a more accurate recipe, product control, loss prevention, and a training tool. He also holds a spot on the Executive Board of the 165 Bartenders Union Las Vegas.
