Brooke Jamrozik is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management. Her passion for cooking started at a very early age participating in her family’s Annual Cookie Bake Off and then flourished in high school where she competed in culinary competitions for FCCLA. Brooke landed her first cooking position at Prasino, a Greek influenced farm to table restaurant, in her hometown LaGrange, Illinois. Shortly after, she interned under Chef Rey Villalobos at Table Fifty-Two in Chicago where she had the opportunity to manage every station. Studying abroad in Italy at the Florence University of the Arts expanded her culinary skills and knowledge fueling the desire to travel to other countries to absorb their cuisine and culture. After receiving the Distinguishing Visiting Chef Scholarship with celebrity chef, Chris Santos, she began working as a Chef de Partie at both of his well-known restaurants Stanton Social and Beauty & Essex in the Lower East Side in Manhattan.
