Ethan, with over 10 years of entertainment experience in the promotions world, co-founded The Coffman Organization, a leadership and management development consulting firm that quickly grew abroad and expanded to India. He left the corporate arena to re-enter the entertainment market, opening House of Loom, a dance club specializing in cultural events and craft cocktails. Soon after its success, he then opened The Berry & Rye, a seating-only craft cocktail room in the heart of downtown Omaha that focuses on original craft cocktails with high level of execution and a culinary aspect. The Berry & Rye has a customized approach to creating its own sodas & tonics, an extensive ice program, barrel aged cocktails and house bitters, to name a few. One of the bar's cocktails was recently featured in GQ magazine as a top 10 finalist in Bombay Sapphire's national competition.
