Joel Feigenheimer spent years as the Director of Purchasing for China Grill Management, operators of clubs and hotels such as Rum Jungle and The Delano in Miami. Presently, he is a Professor at The Chaplin School of Hospitality at Florida International University teaching restaurant and club management courses and is a PhD candidate with a specialization in GMO products and perceptions. realEats Consulting specializes in food and beverage operational management and marketing. Clients presently include China Grill, The American Fine Wine Competition and other niche concepts.
