Having been in the bar industry for over 20 years before Bar Rescue, including having built a multimillion dollar brand and business in what he calls the 'Major Leagues of the industry', New Orleans Bourbon Street, Brad had hit a brick wall when it came to building his new bar, what is now Spirits on Bourbon. He found himself repeating what had worked in the past rather than taking risks. It took a degree in Taffer-Nomics to remind him that business is about taking those calculated risks to stay relevant. Bar Rescue was the ultimate challenge: can you take a new bar with a new concept and turn this new way of thinking into profits....all in less than six months? The answer lies in the cash register.
