Nik Kundra is founder & CEO of Partender, which reduces the time it takes venues to do their inventory & ordering from hours to minutes, and helps F&B leaders see trends & what is actually moving in their venues. After realizing he couldn't go on a date with a bartender because she was stuck doing inventory until 7am, Nik decided to jump behind the bar instead of going to medical school, determined to find a better way to solve this problem. Fast forward, and in just 20 months of launching and with millions in funding, Partender is featured on SpikeTV’s Bar Rescue with Jon Taffer, has offices in San Francisco, New York, Tampa, and Miami, and boasts thousands of bars and restaurants in over 29 countries using its platform to reduce inventory time, order smarter and more frequently, and reduce beverage and labor costs by 6% in under 3 months of weekly use. Customers include Mellow Mushroom, Starr Restaurants, Marriott, Hilton, Gerber Group, Multnomah Whiskey Library, Gansevoort's Provocateur Nightclub, Bartolotta’s Group, Temple Nightclub, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, locations in Vegas’ Palazzo, and many others. This January, Nik and his co-founder sister were both named on Forbes' 30 Under 30 for Food & Drink by the likes of April Bloomfield, Paul Ross, and Daniel Boulud.
