Brian Daggett has spent the last 11 years specializing in multi-unit and multi-concept management of bars and restaurants. He has worked his way up through the restaurant ranks in both the front and back of the house on major cruise lines, private yacht clubs, multi-property hotel chains and a year-round resort. His restaurants have achieved two Glass Wine Spectator awards and AAA Four Diamond Awards.
