Valerie Cornett is the Chief of Strategy and Innovation for MAC Legacy. Prior to joining MAC Legacy, she has served in many home care roles. During her tenure with Foundation Management Services, she transitioned through many different positions with an eventual promotion to Vice President of Finance. After FMS was acquired, Valerie had the opportunity to provide operational oversite for home health agencies in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Over the last 28 years, Valerie has developed a well-rounded understanding of the home health and hospice industry as a provider and an industry partner. Her diverse resume provides her with a unique insight and ability to communicate with clinicians, operators, and finance professionals. Valerie is a strong behind-the-scenes problem solver. Her passion is realizing a vision and seeing it through to completion.
