Paden has had the unique privilege of growing up in the family entertainment industry. Paden began his career at a very young age, spending time with his parents at their various park locations. Then at the age of 16, graduated to full time summer employment until he left for Auburn University to pursue a business degree. After graduating in 2009, specializing in International Business and Family Entrepreneurship, Paden transitioned right back to the family business. He has played an integral role in operations and building the company for Adventure Holdings, which now consists of 18 locations throughout the country
